The holotype is deposited in NMPC (ex coll. V. Balthasar):
HOLOTYPE (J): ‘ Kongo / Lomami - Tal / Ajajonga [hw] // Pseudosaproe- / cius tersus / n.sp. / 62 Balthasar [hw] / HOLOTYPUS [p, pink label] // Mus. Nat. Pragae / Inv. [p] 66120 [hw, red label]’.
