Training Management Decision Support System

The purpose of the article is to study the processes of management training, review and description of the author's system of support for the managerial decisions adoption on personnel training, taking into account the rating assessment of training companies.

The methods of research are methods of decision making theory, methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of the subject domain (making managerial decisions on personnel training). The article deals with approaches to the managerial decisions adoption and the generation of managerial decisions on personnel training, implemented in the author's system of decision support. The article proposes a methodology for forecasting possible risks and expenses of enterprises-employers, which was tested in the author's system of making managerial decisions on personnel training.

The novelty of the research is carried out by the authors, the approaches are proposed by the authors to the management of personnel training, which are based on ensuring the minimization of such parameters of management decision as the risks and costs of enterprises-employers from unskilled personnel. These approaches are implemented in the author's system of support for making managerial decisions. The proposed approach and procedure for the adoption of managerial decisions on personnel training provides a new level of training efficiency of competitive specialists for various branches of economy, science, education, culture, IT sphere.

The conclusion of the research is that the management of personnel training and the appropriate managerial decisions adoption with the help of the author's decision support system helps to reduce the risks and additional costs of enterprises. Therefore, the search for information and technological support for making managerial decisions (in the form of an author's decision support system) is an important factor in ensuring effective management in personnel training.
