PHESD Second Release

This is the second release of the Public Health Environmental Surveillance Database (PHESD) Dataset for wastewater and other environmental surveillance data using the Environmental Surveillance for Public Health Open Data Model (version 1).

The data is this release are from Ottawa, Canada, and span from 2021 to early 2024. There are a host of measures that are specific to SARS-CoV-2 surveillance in wastewater, but wastewater surveillance of other pathogen targets (Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Mpox) are also included.
