In this release

• 💥 Change to geopsy v3.4.2 (all previous releases used geopsy v2.10.1).
• 💥 Change ends of all file names to lowercase (e.g., _GM -> _gm and _DC -> _dc).
• 📚 Replace .target and .param files with those compatible with geopsy v3.4.2.
• ✨ Overhaul Dockerfile to containerize application.
• ✨ Setup application to run on Frontera cluster.
• 🔨 Use f-strings b/c python is now >= 3.6.
