SOCIOLOŠKI PREGLED SOCIOLOGICAL REVIEW 1938-2020 BIBLIOGRAPHY

The annotated bibliography has been made of the journal Sociological Review (Sociološki pregled), the oldest sociological journal in the territory of ex-Yugoslavia, established at the Faculty of Law, the University in Belgrade, in 1938, by the Society for Sociology and Social Sciences. The journal was renewed in 1961 with the Serbian Sociological Society as the publisher. The bibliography with more than 2400 library units contains supplementary contributions by some of the most eminent contemporary Serbian sociologists and university professors of the University in Belgrade, Slobodan Antonić and Jovica Trkulja, and the preface by Uroš Šuvaković, who also managed the project resulting in this publication. Moreover, the book also contains the appropriate scholarly and critical literature, the data about all former editors-in-chief, presidents of the Publishing Council, the members of the journal’s editorial board, the memories of some of the first associates of this journal from the period preceding the Second World War, as well as the memory of the first editor-in-chief. The book is digitalized and available in the open access regime.
