Distr.: Afrotropical: Gambia, Kenya, Madagascar, Senegal, Seychelles (La Digue, Mahé, Praslin). Australasian/Oceanian: Australia (Queensland), Guam, Hawaiian Islands (Hawaii, Midway Island, Molokai, Oahu), Northern Marianas. Nearctic: United States (Florida). Neotropical: Belize, Colombia, Galápagos Islands, Mexico (Tabasco), Tobago, West Indies (Dominica, Grand Cayman, Jamaica). Oriental: Philippines, Taiwan.
