An immunocytochemistry method (APAAP) for undergraduate and postgraduate students
Description
This is a guide for students who work in the Guinn Lab (@GuinnLab). It explains how we perform immunocytochemistry (ICC) on cell lines looking for some of our favourite antigens. If you have any questions or want to provide feedback please contact me (B.Guinn@hull.ac.uk)
Notes
Please note this is a work in progress. Not all cell lines are credited to the authors who made them, not all guidance is present but each year as students work in my lab and I add more details to help future students using this technicque
