The Quest for Genes Involved in Adaptation to Climate Change in Ruminant Livestock

  • 1. UCSC, Italy

Description

This is a review paper which describes the methods and data that can be used to identify genomic regions associated with adaptation to environment in ruminants. The discussion shows the usefulness of artificial intelligence to extract new knowledge from the massive data produced by genomics, with a focus on the interactions between genome and environment.
