Abstract. The article defines the concept of a fitness group; the dynamics of physical socialization of students and students and adaptive physical socialization of persons with disabilities is investigated; the activity of fitness groups in the translation of the values of physical and adaptive physical culture in the minds of students and people with disabilities is analyzed: the creative and humanistic potential of fitness groups is revealed.
