Description
Material (documents, input files, routines, namelists, videos,...) of the practical session on the marine biogeochemistry model PISCES for beginners (given online, September 28-30, 2021). Are included:
- An introduction to marine ecosystem modeling
- A presentation of the PISCES model
- The document including the practical sessions, a brief description of the PISCES model and the 1D configuration of NEMO-PISCES, and the installation of the NEMO and CROCO configurations used in these practical sessions.
- Sildes showing plots and comments of the main results of the practical sessions
- A tar file with all the necessary files for the practical sessions
- Videos of the lectures and comments on results
