mbedinger/USAH-outputs: USAH-outputs v5.0

This is the ninth release of USAH-outputs (v5.0).

This included USAH outputs from an application to five UK city flood scenarios. This is intended for review in the journal Nature Cities, and held in the subfolder USAH-outputs/2024-xx - Nature Cities. The baseline template USAH used in this work is version 3.0, which is then modified for baseline and flood scenario models in Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London (Central), and Manchester.

This release also updates folder names (either the date and/or journal name) for several now-published outputs.
