Roman. Texas Museum of Entomology, Coll. Pipe Creek, Texas. Ed V. Gage Curator. Conservation status: Incomplete, but well-preserved.
Additional notes: The current name of this species is Cicindela (Cicindela) carolae Gage & McKown, 1991.
