This is the data used for Honda et al. entitled as "Development of the real-time 30-s-update big data assimilation system for convective rainfall prediction with a phased array weather radar: Description and preliminary evaluation".
The data includes:
(1) Processed data used for plotting (dat4figs_JAMES.tar.gz)
(2) Source code for SCALE (scale.tar.gz)
(3) Source code for domains 1–3 and the boundary preparation in domain 4 (d3-d4-scale-letkf.tar.gz)
(4) Source code for a spin up of domain 4 (d4-spinup-scale-letkf.tar.gz)
(5) Source code for data assimilation in domain 4 (scale-letkf-d4.tar.gz)
Python scripts for data analysis and plotting (AIP_realtime/python/Fig*_JAMES.py) are available from AIP_realtime-master.zip or https://github.com/takumihonda/AIP_realtime/commit/9652987494d4a6cf4da8547fe9b2d35c8f3fe963
All figures with python can be reproduced with the archived minimal data (dat4figs_JAMES.tar.gz).
