TYPE LOCALITY. — Ecuador, [Esmeraldas], Salidero, Carondelet, Rio Cayapas, Bulim.
TYPE SPECIMENS. — Described from 12 male and 1 female syntypes (BMNH; one male syntype from Salidero labeled TYPE).
