Description
Amynthas namdongensis (Thai & Nguyen, 1993)
Pheretima namdongensis Thai & Nguyen, 1993 (in Nguyen 1993): 5, fig. 1B; Nguyen 1994: 56; Nakamura 1999: 43; Thai 2000a: 309.
Amynthas? namdongensis— Blakemore 2007a: 70; Blakemore 2008b.
Type locality. Vietnam (Thua Thien Hue: Nam Dong).
Type material. SORC, Vietnam.
Records from Vietnam. Thua Thien Hue (Nam Dong; A Luoi) (Nguyen 1993, 1994).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Vietnamese name. Giun nam đông.
Remarks. Blakemore (2007a, 2008b) considered it as " species inquirenda ". Further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
