Amynthas dorsomorrisi (Do & Tran, 1995)

Type locality. Vietnam (Nghe An: Quy Chau).
Type material. SORC, Vietnam.
Examined material. 8 C and 2 A (SORC-V.039.02) Muong Long, Muong Xeng, Ky Son, Nghe An, 18/6/ 1986, coll. Tran Minh Khoi.
Records from Vietnam. Nghe An (Que Phong; Quy Chau) (Do et al. 1995).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Vietnamese name. Giun cận morrisi lưng.
Remarks. The species is closely similar to Amynthas morrisi (Beddard, 1895), but can be recognised by spermathecal pores on dorsum. Blakemore (2007a, 2008b) considered it as " species inquirenda ". Material was reexamined and absence of male copulatory pouches and hence placement of the species in Amynthas is confirmed here.
