Plagiognathus fulvipennis (Kirschbaum) Figure 39
Capsus fulvipennis Kirschbaum, 1856: 336 (n. sp.).
I have examined specimens of this species from the Crimean region of the Ukraine, determined by I. M. Kerzhner. The male genitalia are illustrated in figure 39. They are similar in form to those of P. chrysanthemi.
HOSTS: Echium sp. (Boraginaceae) (Wagner, 1975); Echium sp., Galium sp. (Rubiaceae) (Taminini, 1981); Echium vulgare (Kerzhner, 1964).
