Description

Supplementary material:

Table S1: Summary of used in the study Amphipoda mitogenomes or genomic/transcriptome resources with their respective GenBank accession codes.
Tables S2: Summary of polymorphisms for the D. villosus Turkey and England isolates compared to the reference specimen from Poland. Dikerogammarus haemobaphes from Germany is compared to the reference from England (MK644228). Both comparisons are made with respect to base pair change, position, codon change, polymorphism type, protein effect, mapped reads coverage, variant frequency and approximate p-value.
Table S3: Substitution rates obtained for all coding genes obtained from calibrated Bayesian reconstruction.
Figure S1: Genetic maps of the invasive Ponto-Caspian amphipods: Dikerogammrus haemobaphes, D. bispinosus and Pontogammarus robustoides, Obesogammarus crassus and theire sister lineages Homoeogammarus veneris, Echinogammarus marinus and Echinogammarus berilloni. Explanation of graphics provided on Fig. 1. Scale for sequence coverage after logarithmic transformation.
Figure S2: Maximum Likelihood phylogenies reconstructed based on (A) full set of genes and (B) proteins from all coding genes.
Figure S3: Bayesian phylogenetic maximum clade credibility chronogram of the Gammaroidea mitogenomes from Fig. 3 provided with 95% highest posterior densities bars for all nodes.
