Numbers and lowercase letters indicate primary setae and pores, respectively. AN = antenna; gLA = minute sensilla at apex of labium; gMX: minute sensilla at apex of maxilla; LA = labium; MN = mandible; MX = maxilla. Scale bars = 0.04 mm.
