Fig. 5. Relatively complete paratype of †Asterotrygon maloneyi, n.gen., n.sp. (FMNH PF 14069, ca. 149 mm TL, presumably an immature female) in ventral view. Specimen is from freshwater F2 deposits of the early Eocene Fossil Butte Member of the Green River Formation. Arrowhead depicts wellexposed dorsal fin at origin of caudal stings. Anterior to top.
