First records for Malta and Iran. The species is as well confirmed for both Romania and European Turkey, as previously was cited for both (SEIDLITZ 1888: 23 as Dromius linearis; APFELBECK 1904: 336 as Dromius linearis; HIEKE & WRASE 1988: 155 as Dromius linearis), but after that omitted (CATPAL 1: KABAK 2003: 424).
