Photos taken from the following specimens (additional data in Material and methods): ♀, 30 mm, from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (fig. 1); ♀, 25 mm, from Isle de Santiago, Cape Verde (fig. 2); ♂, 38 mm, from Isle de Santiago, Cape Verde (figs 3–4).
