Description
Acrisis apterus Hellén
Acrisis apterus Hellén, 1957: 51 [original description]; Tobias 1983: 166 [invalid designation of lectotype].
Distribution. Russia (Kola Peninsula) (Hellén 1957).
Remarks. Only a single specimen (holotype female) of this species is known (Hellén 1957; Tobias 1983; Koponen & Tobias 1989). Hellén (1957) did not indicate the number of specimens from which he described this species. However, it appears that the original description is based on one female. Therefore, the designation of a lectotype in Tobias (1983) is invalid because the single specimen is the holotype.
