Genus Mironovia Chirov and Kravtsova
Mironovia Chirov and Kravtsova, 1995: 371. Type-species: Mironovia phasiani Chirov and Kravtsova, 1995, by original designation.

Type material. Holotype female at IRSNB (Sy-T-3), paratypes: females at IRSNB, ZISP, AMU. Hosts and distribution. Coturnix coturnix (type host) (Galliformes: Phasianidae), type-locality: BELGIUM (Bochkov et al. 2004); POLAND, (AMU) (Skoracki 2011b).
Habitat. Unknown.

Hosts and distribution. Lagopus muta (type host) (Galliformes: Phasianidae), type-locality: ICELAND, Þingeyjarsýsla, Lake Mývatn, Brettings-staðir (Bochkov & Skirnisson 2011); Lagopus lagopus (Phasianidae), NORWAY, (AMU, ZSM) (Skoracki & Sikora 2011).
Habitat. Unknown.

Type material. Holotype female at USNM (3970), paratypes: female, male at USNM. Hosts and distribution. Meleagris gallopavo (type host) (Galliformes: Phasianidae), type-locality: USA, Ft. Hood Reservation near Kiileen, Bell Co., Texas (Casto 1980a).
Habitat. Body feathers, wing coverts.
