Zammara callichroma Stål 1862a: 483.
The species has been reported from Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador as well as Central and South America (Metcalf 1963a; Sanborn 2006a, 2007a,b). The species has been reported from Bogotà and Rio Magdalena in Colombia (Distant 1881a; Uhler 1892; Jacobi 1907).
