Distribution. Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Venezuela.

Brazilian Biome. Atlantic forest.
