Distr.: Bolivia (La Paz), Brazil (Amazonas), Colombia (Amazonas, Chocó, Putumayo, Valle del Cauca, Vichada), Costa Rica (Guanacaste, Heredia, Limón, Puntarenas), French Guiana (Regina), Panama (Canal Zone, (La) Cabima), Peru (Madre de Dios).
