Description

Various assets supporting the implementation of the models used in the paper "Choices in land representation materially affect biofuel carbon intensity estimates". These include:

  • Spreadsheets with data used to create (i) new geographic regionalization, and (ii) new land representation
  • Python scripts that extract CSV files from the above and format them as required for the GCAM data system
  • Modified input files used in the GCAM data system (generated from the spreadsheets and scripts above)
  • Modified R script to handle new land representation, including files generated by the above
  • Input files for pygcam to run the scenarios modeled, and to compute carbon intensity
  • README file
