THE ROLE OF THE PRE-CRIMINAL SITUATION IN COMMITTING THE CRIMINAL ACT

The content of the respective scientific article reflects the aspects regarding the pre-criminal situation and its role in criminal act releasing. It is about those objective circumstances that, in common with the psychic features of the individual, influence the criminal behavior. In essence, the situations preceding the crime, arising from their objective content, can be delimited into: criminogenic, which contain objective premises for the commission of the crime, and non-criminogenic or neutral, which may even prevent the commission of the criminal act.
