Supporting data and code for: Report of a new resistance to carbendazim in Fusicoccum amygdali, the causal agent of constriction canker of peach and almond trees

This is a pre-release made upon the submission of the related manuscript to Plant Pathology journal. It contains all the necessary scripts to perform the data analysis and to produce the Figures. All the necessary data can be found in the 'data' folder.
