Data and Code For "Integrated Paleoecological Modeling of Pleistocene Vegetation and Megafauna"

Usage

Download archive.zip and extract it. It contains a Git working copy. Your file system should support symbolic links; the git-annex files might not work under Windows.

I have marked all versions that created intermediary results with Git tags. Many of the Git tags correspond to files of the same name in the Open Science Framework project. You can list all tags like this:

git tag -l

The final results are reproducible with git-annex, and their respective tags are suffixed with _annex. You can list them like this:

git tag -l '*annex'

To see the description of a specific tag run, for example:

git tag -l -n99 2024-03-10_npp_evaluation_annex

You can then switch to a chosen tag and look at further information/instructions in the README.md there. For example:

git switch --detach 2023-07-11_MCMC_and_SA_annex
