Example data for cnetplot with clusterProfiler

Example of cluserProfiler's simplified compareCluster() result table obtained from over representation analysis (ORA) for GO terms with multiple gene set clusters. With clusterProfiler's compareCluster output we can simply create a non-interactive network plot via cnetplot(). (See the R code for details.)

The enriched GO terms table for the different gene set clusters can be exported to any tabular format. I wonder if there is a way to reproduce the generated plot (see pdf file) with the provided GOsim.csv file via Cytoscape / ClueGO as  I wish to have an interactive version of that plot.
