Ecohydrological observations in El Palmar state reserve, Yucatan, Mexico

Description

This database contains eddy covariance (NEE, ET, H, LE) and biometeorological measurements (NR, GR, T, PPT, SWC, RH, PPFD, etc.), at the ecohydrological monitoring site of “El Palmar” state reserve (21.0293 ° N, 90.0637 ° W; 1.86 mamsl), Yucatan, Mexico. The acquisition of these data was performed from December 7th 2016 to August 21st 2019. Data are presented in averages (or accumulated) of every half hour.
A series of standard corrections following Foken et al. (2012) were performed to have a better estimate and correct possible problems in the acquisition of data
