Description
The repository at https://gitlab.com/hormozlab/cell_2020_carlin provides instructions and code to reproduce all results and figures found in the CARLIN paper (Cell, 2020), using the raw files in NCBI GEO: GSE146972. This archive stores the intermediate and output files produced by that code. Raw.zip, Processed.zip, Analyzed.zip and Results.zip contain the final files in RAW_PATH, PROCESSED_PATH, ANALYZED_PATH and RESULTS_PATH (see code repository) respectively.
