(Figs. 2, 3A–B, 6A)
Specimens examined. Holotype: male. CHINA: Zhejiang province, Lin’an, Tianmu Mountain, Malaise trap, 29.VIII.2018, Zuluan Chen (ZAFU) [XWCZ-10]. Paratypes: CHINA: 12 males, same data as holotype (ZAFU) [XWCZ-2, XWCZ-5, XWCZ-6, XWCZ-8, XWCZ-9, XWCZ-11, XWCZ-25, XWCZ-27, XWCZ-28, XWCZ-29, XWCZ-30, XWCZ-41].
Description. Male. Brown. Head. Eye bridge 2–3 rows of facets. Prefrons with 10 setae. Clypeus with no setae. Palpus one-segmented, with 3 setae and a large dorsal patch of sensillae. Antennal flagellomeres (Fig. 2A) asymmetrical with the frontal part larger. Length/width of 4th flagellomere: 1.50–1.60. Neck length/width: 0.58– 0.59. Thorax. Anterior pronotum with 5–6 setae. Proepisternum with 3–12 setae. Wings (Fig. 6A). Length 2.47 mm. Width/length: 0.55–0.60. R1/R: 2.26. c/w: 0.55–0.85. R1 with dorsal and ventral setae, bM, r-m and stCuA bare. Legs. Foretibia unmodified without specialized setae. Foretibia spur longer than the tibial width (Fig. 2B). Hypopygium (Figs. 2C, 3A–B). Gonocoxite longer than gonostylus. Gonocoxites fused, ventromedial margin distinct with short to moderate setae, ventrolateral surface with long and dense setae, apicomesial corner with 1 or 2 elongated setae. Intergonocoxal area without lobe-like or finger-like production, without setose area. Gonostylus elongated with a medial lobe, which has 3 megasetae. Apical tooth with a long megaseta attached to its ventral side, with 2 subapical megasetae near the tooth, all these megasetae slender and slightly curved. Tegmen wider than long, nearly straight apically, basolaterally sclerotized. Aedeagus with distinct apical fork and basal sclerotization.
Distribution. China: Zhejiang.
Remarks. Pseudoaerumnosa regularis sp. n. is similar to P. annae in having an elongate gonostylus and the tegmen straight laterally, but differs in having a narrow aedeagus and 3 megasetae on the lobe of gonostylus, while having a broad aedeagus and 4 megasetae on the lobe of gonostylus in P. annae. Etymology. The species is named after its regularly-shaped hypopygium, from the Latin, regularis, meaning regularity.
