This archive contains software source code and containers used in the paper "Pangenomics enables genotyping known structural variants in 5,202 diverse genomes", including snapshots of vg, toil-vg, and toil.

It also includes final re-usable data resources that may be of interest.

The code for each project is available under its respective license. As this archive includes entire containers, it includes installed versions of a large number of other packages not directly related to the current work, all of which are available under their respective licenses.
