Opt2Q Example fluorescence_calibration_results

Description
A model of apoptosis (aEARM) was calibrated to fluorescence data using PyDREAM. The posterior sample for the model parameters and log-posterior traces are included as .npy files. The .txt files show the Gelman Rubin metric for each of the model parameters. The data was generated using https://github.com/LoLab-VU/Opt2Q
