Description

Potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs), non-geriatric dosing, and drug-disease interactions (DDIs) in multimorbid, frail older patients can contribute to a higher occurrence of adverse drug events and geriatric syndromes. This study aimed to identify the prevalence and specific features of DDIs prescribed in nursing home (NH) residents in the Czech Republic.
