simpson-lab/quappelle-microcystin-paper: Updated data and script

There was an inconsistency between the microcystin variable named in the data files and assumed in the main data analysis script. In addition, the raw microcystin data were uploaded but we actually used a censored version wherein all observations that were below the detection limits at the time of analysis we actually censored in the data file.
