The data_analysis_script_MERCURY folder contains the Jupyter Notebook file with the script we used to do our sensitivity analysis, and an archive containing the data.
The data_analysis_script_general folder contains a Jupyter Notebook file with a script template others can use for their sensitivity analysis, as well as a dummy data file needed to show the script.
The source_code folder contains the Repast Simphony code of the MERCURY model we used for our sensitivity analysis, and a readme file explaining how to run the model.
