The dataset includes two files: the word file describes the type of sample and the procedures used to pick up the data; the excel file includes the raw data used to obtain the plots of figure 4.

PL peak position as a function of CdTe QDs size grown in film (the first linear fit for the growth of CdTe QDs from 5 to 20 min is reported as solid line and circles; the second linear fit for the growth of CdTe QDs from 30 to 120 min is reported as solid line and spheres).
