By using a technique, we may force microbes, chloroplasts and other micro-organisms to migrate. For example, in this film, we have used of a source which produces oscillating blue-red color light. As you can see in film, first, micro-organisms full the slide. However, by changing light from red to blue and reverse, they begin to migrate and at the end, you can see that the slide is approximately empty.
