Use of Technologies of Artificial Intelligence as One of the Directions for Prevention of Corruption in the Private Sphere of Ukraine

The article underlines that crimes exist in all countries of the world. Unfortunately, according to international evaluation for the first six months of 2020 we are having the highest level of crime in Europe according to official statistical data without taking into account latent crimes. The sense of danger is always actual in the conditions of pandemic. That is why the problem of prevention of crime and corruption plays an important role. The mechanism for counteraction to corruption has been provided. The main methods of prevention of corruption have been enlisted. It has been underlined that many national and international scholars have publication on this topic, but they do not consider the use of artificial intelligence in order to define the extent of corruption in private sphere and its prevention. The main approaches to the technologies of artificial intelligence have been addressed. The most used one among them are the following:  neural chains which work almost on the same principles as the brain. They are used to recognize the language and hand-written text to identify the diagnosis, in financial programs etc. Evolutionary algorithms admit the creation of program popularization, their mutation, схрещування (exchange of program parts) and testing during fulfillment of the intended assignment. Programs which work better than the others survive and after numerous generation the most effective program appears. Not a clear logic allows the computer to work with the objects of the real world and its parts. Due to unclear logic the computer can understand such terms as “near”, “warmer”, “almost” etc. That is why unclear logic is actively used in household appliances such as air conditioning and washing machines. The article deals with three categories (or types) of artificial intelligence. One of the elements of the Draft Concept on the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine is that the development and implementation of artificial intelligence in judiciary of leading countries of the world necessitated in single principles and rules for its use – Ethical Charter for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Judiciary and its Environment. It has been underlined that artificial intelligence is the necessity and it is possible to use it in compliance with legal mechanisms for existing legal system with necessary improvement or development of certain legal provisions.
