Cross-tissue, cross-trait post-colocalization heatmaps of candidate insulin resistance loci across the genome

Description
Complete colocalization heatmaps across all traits and all tissues that we tested in our manuscript, "Integration of expression and splicing QTLs across metabolic traits and tissues implicates new insulin resistance genes." The scores are colocalization posterior probabilities (CLPPs) from an LD-modified version of FINEMAP + eCAVIAR (see the Methods section of the accompanying paper).
To facilitate viewing your favorite genes / loci of interest, we've sorted the files in three different ways (roughly corresponding with the three panels of Figure 2 in the manuscript). The first is grouped by number of candidate genes and colocalized genes ... the second is grouped by tissue-specificity (or lack thereof), and the third is grouped by the colocalized trait most relevant (roughly speaking) to insulin resistance.
Additionally, for each of these three ways of sorting, you can view a concise and more readable version of the results in which only loci with colocalization are depicted, or you can view the full results, for which every single tested gene is shown, even if it didn't colocalize in a single condition.
The raw colocalization data for these plots have all been included in a supplementary data file accompanying the manuscript itself.
