DiffeoInvariant/cr-hmc: crikit-pymc3-hmc

This software performs sampling with the No U-Turn Sampler in PyMC3 on the problem of inferring the parameters $a$ and $p$ in the constitutive relation $$\sigma =a\ast (\text{tr}(((\mathrm{\nabla }\text{bm}u+(\mathrm{\nabla }\text{bm}u{)}^T)/2{)}^2)+{ϵ}^2{)}^{(p-2)/2}(\mathrm{\nabla }\text{bm}u+(\mathrm{\nabla }\text{bm}u{)}^T)/2$$ where $$ϵ$$ is a regularization constant. At the time of release, this requires the CRIKit branch zjakobs/crikit-adjoint, but can easily be adapted to work based on the main branch by replacing crikit.adjoint with pyadjoint_utils in every file
