Fig. 6. Idiogram of populations of Ribeirão Grande 1850 m a.s.l. (A) and 662 m a.s.l. (B), based on karyotype of Néo et al. (2000). The interpretation of result obtained in FISH is illustrated, for 18S and 5S rDNA probes. Chromosome B observed in the Ribeirão Grande (1850 m a.s.l.) population was metacentrically large, and totally heterochromatic. Bar = 10µm.
