Description
A mostly technical release, with a number of enhancements:
- SDG Indicators have been elevated to classes (maintaining their PURLs) to allow regional and local instances and more flexible axiomatisation.
- The build process has been updated and streamlined in the src/Makefile
- All target IDs (annotation properties) are now string literal, preventing issues when SPARQL is used on values such as "8.1" and "8.a".
