In this record 'Āṣīm ibn 'Alī ibn al-Tha'labī beseeches God to forgive him.

Lines 3-4 draw on Qur'ān surwar 18: 21 وَأَنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهَا and 45: 26 رَيْبَ فِيهِ  لَا. 

There seems to be no direct correspondence for فإنّه يشهد أنّ اللّه حقّ but the allied phrase اِنَّ وَعۡدَ اللّٰہِ حَقٌّ appears frequently, e.g. 30: 60.

٣) لىّ (العولىّ) فإنّه يشهد أنّ اللّه حقّ و

٤) أنّ الساعة لا ريب فيها
