Management in administration involves many things. Each of these items must follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of an organization, such as recording, sorting, reviewing, drafting, distributing, and so on. All activities must be controlled by an officer to promote the efficiency of the task. Therefore, compliance with SOPs is very important in all types of services including graphic design. So, this study focuses on the quality of CMNGCSB graphic designers when order recording is done. Besides, this study was also conducted to improve the quality of service when recording the latest, effective, and customer-friendly orders in the SOP. This study uses a quantitative survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents among CMNGCSB staff who are the main customers of CMNGCSB Graphic Design Unit, who were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire. The findings of this study show, the Google Forms application method in the SOP record bookings, has a positive impact on the customer evaluation of CMNGCSB graphic design services. The results show that its application should be continued to improve the efficiency of order recording, thus boosting the company's graphic design services.
