Emergence of round electromagnetic rings around some bacteria by changing the shape and intensity of light source

We change the light source of a microscope and close it to an slide of a microscope. We observe that several colored electromagnetic rings are emerged around some microbes. It means that bacteria and microbes are influenced by electromagnetic waves.
